Juice is every worth the Squeez

If you are a first timer doing juicing like me, chances are you would hate it, I did!

It made me actually think that, may be chemo is better option !

Carbs Vs Greens Ration:

Nevertheless where I went wrong was the basic fundamental of mixing greens vs carbs, anything high in carbs has to be the base and should constitute at least 60% for your juice like beet, carrot etc. and the remaining 40% can be green leaves or veggies like celery, mustard greens, kale, lettuce, bottle gourd etc.

I did exactly opposite, I guess also because I was on the edge at that point and wanted to get rid of that callous C super fast.

No Grains while on Juices:

Another thing with juicing is – you can’t do it while you are on your regular diet of cooked food even if its 2 times a day, juices are a meal in itself, even if you do one cooked grain and juicing together you won’t be able to continue for long, its the hunger and emptiness in the stomach which motivates you to have them at least till you truly develop the liking for it, so make sure when you start to juice, its only juice or at the most raw solids no grains for sure.
